Hotel Reservations

The NITOP group rate of $195 for a standard room (plus tax) is available until November 29, 2024 or until our room block fills, whichever occurs first.  The NITOP rate is valid for booking rooms January 1-7, 2025.

• If you need two beds in your hotel room, there is a section in the reservation process where you can include special requests, including preferred bed type. The default will be a king bed. Room types cannot be guaranteed.
• If you cannot book the nights you want online, you may contact the hotel directly. The number is 727-595-1611.
• Once a reservation is made, guests can contact the Sheraton Sand Key Resort by phone or email the Group Reservations Office (groupres@sheratonsandkey.com) to share special requests.  
• Update: For December 29-31 and January 8, the NITOP room block is sold out. If you try to make a reservation that includes these dates, you will not be able to complete the process. Please make reservations for other dates, and then call the hotel (see number above) to see if you can add the additional nights. Note that any additions may not be at the NITOP rate.
