NITOP Exhibitor Information

January 3–6, 2027

The Grand Hotel, Point Clear, AL

NITOP welcomes exhibitors who are interested in offering information about new books for classroom use and/or demonstrations of educational software, etc. to teachers of psychology in high school through graduate school. The conference is attended by psychology teachers from throughout the country who wish to explore new ideas that will enhance and broaden their teaching skills.  Details of exhibitor options are explained below.

  • Travel Expenses of speaker
  • Hotel expenses at The Grand Hotel for the speaker
  • AV fee
  • Optional: Exhibitor table for $750
  • One registration waiver for speaker

  • List of attendees who agree to have their contact information shared

    Additional Table  $500
    • One additional exhibitor table
    Additional Representative  Depends on date of registration
    • Any additional representatives of exhibitors or sponsors should register as a regular attendee.

    Exhibitor Registration

    Due by December 1, 2026

    Cancellation:  If an exhibitor cancels their registration before December 1st, a  cancellation fee of $100 will be deducted from the refund. If the cancellation is after December 1st, there will be no refund.


     Exhibitors

    Please visit the registration desk to obtain exhibitor badges before beginning setup. Setup may begin as early as 7:30 a.m. on January 3rd and should be finished by 10:15 a.m.


    Dedicated Exhibit Hours

    The hours listed below are when exhibitors are asked to be at their tables to visit with attendees.  Being at exhibit tables at other times during conference hours is optional for exhibitors.  Note that attendees will have lunch in the same space as the exhibits. It is up to exhibitors to decide if they will be available during lunch. A tentative schedule for 2027 is below.

    January 3rd

    10:15-10:45 a.m.; 1:45-3:30 p.m.


    January 4th

    7:30-8:45 a.m.; 10:15-11:00 a.m.

    Optional Exhibitor Demos 1:00 p.m.


    January 5th

    7:30-8:45 a.m.; 10:15-11:00 a.m.

    Tear down begins at 11:30 am on January 5th.

    PACKAGE HANDLING

    The Grand Hotel can assist in the receiving, securing and delivery of group materials and products. Packages may arrive December 17th. 

    Shipping Information

    PRODUCT DEMOS

    Private demonstrations are available for an additional charge of $300.  For 2027, the sessions will be in dedicated rooms starting at 1:00 pm on January 4th. Exhibitors may add this to their registration. If you have already registered and want to add a demo, please contact the NITOP Coordinator at coordinator@nitop.org
